We can deal with low order retailers as well as supplying to major supper markets. We also deal with Amazon Prime and dispatch up till 4pm.

No. Obviously we make money from picking and packing orders but if you generate more than one throughout the month that’s fine.

All orders we receive by 1pm are despatched the same day, apart from where an agreement has be put into place to send your priority orders up till 4pm.

Our 100% pick and pack accuracy is based on scanning products to be absolutely sure your customers get exactly what they ordered

We put new customers on a 2 weekly invoice bases then once have you been with us for a set period of time we can move you to monthly.

Please inform us via email and give us the min notice period. Then request for all your stock to be palletised or packed into boxes and when your account is fully paid up you can collect your goods.

Yes, we offer a service level agreement so that there are aligned expectations for both parties.

Yes you are most welcome to come and tour our facilities. We work on an appointment only basis and your visit is limited on current COVID-19 restrictions.

We also will happily do WhatsApp video calls with you to show you how we work and let you meet the team.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Approximately 25% of all our parcels are destined for non-UK countries. We offer a range of EU and Rest of the World affordable and premium services. We fully support IOSS and DDP services via our carrier partners.
